Need help understanding ultrasound results

This is a copy of what one of the ultrasound findings were..i just don't understand any of it. Any help is appreciated.Transabdominal and endovaginal ultrasound pelvis performed.

Uterus measures 10.9 x 5.1 x 6.9 cm, retroverted. IUD noted along the endometrium. Endometrial thickness roughly 0.2 cm. Slightly heterogeneous uterine echotexture without a focal lesion appreciated.

Right ovary measures 2.3 x 1.9 x 2 cm. Follicular changes. No cyst. Blood flow present. Trace adjacent fluid noted containing internal echoes.

Left ovary measures 3.9 x 1.8 x 1.3 cm. Blood flow present. Follicular changes. Hypoechoic structure is seen with blood flow . Hypervascular in appearance. Measures 1.9 x 1.2 x 1.5 cm. Adjacent minimal fluid noted.

1. Complex hypoechoic structure in the left ovary containing blood flow. May represent a recently ruptured cyst with internal echoes or hemorrhagic cyst however internal hypervascularity seen. Followup ultrasound in 4 to 6 weeks recommended. Minimal
fluid as above will be assessed on followup.
