what could a nonspecific hypodensity at the level of the vaginal vault be.

51 years old. Family history of ovarian cancer.  Sister passed from the disease at 53. Bloodwork was fine.

Hi, :"nonspecific hypodensity" would mean that there is unusual tissue there, but it's not known if it's benign or malignant. The size of it might give a clue. If it's small, there probably wouldn't usually be much concern, except for your family history. The reason for having the scan also would probably be a factor.
