One of my radiology tests came back

multilevel endplate hypertrophy of the mid to inferior thoracic spine

Can anyone explain this? Seems to be my whole spine through the rest of what I read,  also I have collar bone pain and my neck of course the rest of me spine, what will the MRI say and how bad is this?
