EXAMINATION: CERVICAL SPINE AP&LAT , THORACIC SPINE, 3 VIEWS, LUMBAR SPINE
APANDLAT
INDICATION: Neck and back pain for 2 months, no injury.
COMPARISON: None.
FINDINGS: Straightening of the normal cervical lordosis.
No acute compression
deformity. Thoracic spine reveals rightward curvature of the lower thoracic
spine 11 degrees. Leftward curvature of the upper lumbar
spine measures 20
degrees.
Mild endplate changes in thoracic spine
and mild degenerative disc
disease present. Lumbar spine
shows
spurring more prominently
at
l2-3-4 along
the endplates.
Slight wedging
at T12 approximately 10% may be chronic as there
is some endplate changes and
sclerosis.
IMPRESSION:

DISEASE CERVICAL SPINE
2. 12 DEGREE RIGHTWARD CURVATURE LOWER THORACIC SPINE WITH 20 DEGREE LEFTWARD
