Does an MRI show optic nerve tumours?

Hi, I recently had an MRI and it showed unremarkable results with no abnormalities/ was healthy.

Sorry for paranoid question but would a MRI show all aspects, would it show small GBM tumours in or around the optic nerve etc? Optic neuritis/ papilloedema etc? Or does an MRI show literally every type of tumour etc within the head?
