The term Prominent and normal echocentricity

I have been having GI stomach pains including burning and soreness as well as discomfort under my right rib. After a ct and ultrasound of that area the only finding reads Liver - "Prominent size normal echogenicity". All subsequent lab work is fine with enzymes well within normal limits. What should I make of this? if it was enlarged wouldnt it just say enlarged and possibly by how much? Does prominent automatically equate to enlarged as far as radiology is concerned?
