What is mild left sacroiliac degenerative joint disease ?

I had a ultra sound the other day and they found something unrelated to the problem I was having. What exactly does this mean ?

Degenerative joint disease refers to osteoarthritis, is a type of arthritis caused by bones in the pelvis rubbing against each other (wear and tear). This is very common, occurs as you get older, and typically not worrisome.

Thank you for answering my question. I guess it’s only worrisome because I’m only 24. Is their anything I should be doing to keep it from getting worse?
