Bruises on legs for no reason and feeling something stuck at the back of tongue

I have been feeling like there's something stuck in the back of my tongue, for 3 days, but I checked and there's nothing there.
Plus, I don't know if there's any connection between the 2 symptoms, but I have been bruising easily or even just seeing bruises under my skin, mostly in my legs, for no reason at all.
I remember once a vein popped in my leg, about 3 weeks ago, right above the foot area, and it hurt a lot, but then it turned purple and blue and yellow and it was gone. I'm really worried about this, please help.

Thank you so much for your reply Dr. Santos. There are no other symptoms, and actually the feeling in my tongue was gone right after I got a cold, and I stopped sitting in the extremely humid office I was obliged to sit in for 9 hours a day.
As for the bruising, I had recently started taking a new Iron supplement which had another substance in it, could it have been the reason behind the easy bruising. And I also have capillary fragility because I know I have spider veins... any connection there? And what might cause more fragility? A reaction to a certain medication or supplement?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
What other symptoms are present? Easy bruising may be attributed to  direct impact/trauma, a bleeding disorder or result from blood-thinning medications and even with vitamin C deficiency. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests may also be requested. Take care and do keep us posted.
