constant vomiting without nausea

I have GERDS and a Hiatal Hernia. I see a Gastroenterologist next Wednesday. For several years I've been vomiting everything I eat and drink. I eat, then go immediately to the bathroom. I do NOT have an eating disorder. I've tried to keep the food/beverage down but with each belch, I get a mouth full of food. If I try not to vomit, I'm constantly swallowing undigested food. It's coming up no matter what. I'm not nauseous at all. I'm starving all the time, plus I stay so thirsty!!! I know I'm malnourished at this point. Can a hiatal hernia cause this? I lost 26lbs in just over a year. My weight is stable atm because  I never stop eating. Not losing or gaining at this point. Do you have any idea what's happening? Thank you
