Lower leg pain

For the past 3 days i have had pain in both my lower legs that feels like someone has hit me in the shins.  My jaw is also hurting when i chew.  Is this some kind of bone defeciency?

i am 32 years old, my shins are alos bruised and are holding heat. I am also having head aches and i have no energy

Hello Bigdaddy280,

It seems that you are having severe bone pain, which could reflect bone mineral deficiency. What is your age?  Any similar episodes in the past? Take calcium and zinc supplementation and also get a bone mineral density scan (DEXA) to rule out bone mineral deficiency.
