Stomach issues directly after eating, but not every day

for about a year now I have been having these strange episodes, they started out very mild and now result in not being able to function at all....SO
I will eat a meal (some time on rare occation its a snack)  i will be full (usually something I got out, not home made, I cook very healthy)  about 2-5 mins after eating I get this tingling sensation in my arms, my stomach starts to hurt really bad, I have cramping and Diarrhea, then the pain moves to my upper stomach and feels like really bad indigestion (pain in my chest also, like a burning) I have to keep burping to relieve presser, if I try to walk or stand the room starts spinning and I feel like I will pass out, I feel like if I could just throw up I would feel better but I can not throw up, afer about 30 mins the pain subsides and I can get up, I then have minor stomach pain for the next 24 hours....
I have a history of ovarian cysts, kidney stones and high cholestrol...I have NO idea why since I am 110 lbs 5'3, 29 years old and eat VERY healthy, I walk every other day and do yoga, I cook low sodeum and low fat, we do not eat out much....
I went to the ER 2 times with this and they told me they could not find anything wrong with me, I have had ultra sounds and blood work....My daughters GI dr (yes shes having issues too but different) thinks I have ciliacs....I am wondering if my stomach could be actually turning and cutting off blood supply????

It DOES NOT feel like kidney stones although it is painfull its not the same pain and not quite as bad....so any Ideas would be great!  I can not seem to find anything on the net that helps me to know what to ask my DR...I do however need to get the test for ciliacs

thank you all!

"you must take a anti histaminic daily-cetrizine and also take rabeprazole a proton pump inhibitor daily. avoid such foods that give rise to your symptoms frequently"

I dont know what all that is and dont think medication is a solve all answer.....Hmmm....

Soldy...yes I am doing that, I have seen that corn and onions bother me alot, but still not every time I eat them, its very odd.....I am wondering more about abdominal epilepsy????  I have been reading up and its alot like what I am dealing with...but I dont have any other type or history of epilepsy at all....I need to get a ciliacs test done when I get insurance again.

one more thing....in some of these episodes my hands feet and eyelids will start burning and itching, I have had hives before and its not hives....I know this all sounds crazy but its real and getting very annoying, we were out to eat one time and it happened and we had to leave after I was in the bathroom for 20 mins mustering up the strength to walk from the restroom to the exit to get into the car, I had to lay on a bench half way there cause I was going to pass out, my kids where crying cause they didn't know what was wrong and my husband had to help me into the car to the ER....I hate this and really would like to know what it is...
thanks
