Weird Lab results never explained

Hi, i went to the hospital about a few days ago for nausea, vomiting, and extreme pain in the left side of my back where my kidneys are at. The hospital was horrible, i had to visit two times in one day and they never gave me a diagnosis. The second trip they actually ran blood test but when the doctor saw me he never told me anything about my blood labs and sent me home with pain meds. These are my Blood lab results.

Im not sure why the doctor didn't say anything about any of this if there are a lot of highs and lows...my belief is he wanted me out of the hospital and didn't want to waste his time looking at my labs..i had to ask a nurse to find my lab results for me. I have been experiencing fatigue, soreness, swollen lymph nodes, and a swollen stomach. They did a CT scan without contrast and everything looked normal.

Your CBC looks like mine couple days ago and Im on day 5. They said its a virus because my urine was fine too. Possibly touch of food poisoning. Reason they guessed that was because Lymph cells were low which respond to viral infections. White cells may have been up because you vomited from the nausea. Its not very high infection count. Eat some yogurt with Activia as I am sure you have loose bowels. This will regulate your tummy bacteria. The segs showed high and your nuerohils you didnt show so i bet they were either high or normal, which respond to bacteria. If it keeps up over a week, get another CBC so theres not a missed infection. You may have a cold virus if not stomach virus but your stomach hurting on the left is my prob too and its from diarea thats needing to pass thru within the hour.

They did a urinalysis and came back negative for infection, everything looked normal. The CT scan was done without contrast but also came back normal. I have been experiencing weakness and chills. I am not sure what could be the cause.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? It is good that the CT scan was normal. Basing on your complete blood count, the significant result is the increased wbc or white blood cell. This may indicate infection. Although it is important that your symptoms should be correlated as well to the lab results. Was there a urinalysis done? With pain in your kidney area, nausea and vomiting, one differential is a urinary tract infection.  It is best that you talk to your attending. Direct clinical examination is essential. Take care and do keep us posted.
