genetic disease causing joint pain, muscle pain, and frequent infections?

I have had chronic infections since infancy (usually throat, lungs, urinary system. and joint and muscle pain since 8 years of age. Pain seems to come in "flares", muscle pain is burning and aching, joint pain is aching. Currently also having frequent muscle contractions and facial twitching and tremors in hands. Slurred speech and memory problems occasionally. Currently diagnosed with double ear infection of middle ear and sinus infection not responsive to augmentin (newly prescribed ceftin). Currently suffering from severe pressure in head behind eyes only alleviated by anti inflammatories like toradol shots (pain medications do not work for head pressure/pain). More information available on my profile (detailed history). Am on 6 month waitlist for specialist. Doctor has confirmed through blood test there is immune deficiency but not specified. Immune system deficient with infections but overreacts to allergens. Any ideas? Suspected lupus but test was negative.
