You mention problems with ordinary hygiene issues and needing to spend all your time in bed. These lead me to believe you feel dizzy when upright. Have you been evaluated for dysautonomia? Dysautonomia is dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system and can be a result of a disease process.
Thanks for the info on sweating. I hope it helps mandapie.

Hi,
How are you? Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. This may be attributed to overactive sweat glands. If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. Conditions that cause second hyperhidrosis include any of the following: anxiety conditions, carcinoid syndrome, malignancy, certain medications, glucose control disorders, thyroid issues, heart disease, and as joyful mentioned, menopause or perimenopause. Have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Certain medications and iontophoresis may help. In severe cases, a minimally-invasive surgical procedure called sympathectomy may be recommended when other treatments fail. This link may also help: www.sweathelp.orgwww.sweathelp.org
Take care and best regards.
Have you thought about perimenopause? I just went thru some of those symptoms, the sweating was not as severe as yours, I was lucky. I would still have to change clothes. It was for about 5 years. I am 52 now and on the verge of being full blown menopausal. I just was mentioning this as possibities since most of those symptoms can happen with this.
