MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Was there injury or  trauma to this area in the past? The pain could be due to muscular spasm and gastrointestinal issues like gall stones or urological conditions such as  kidney stones. If it persists, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Direct clinical examination and additional diagnostic tests may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
