So maybe you should ask to be taken off this Lady's case, since she is giving you problems.....and maybe you should tell your sister to take care of her son instead of you.
When you say she doesn't have time for her son, does that mean she just doesn't think about him or that her job takes her away from being able to pick him up.
Does he have school buddies whose parents can pick him up for her.
Regarding this one lady who just won't accept your reasons for not being always at her beck and call---well let her get someone who won't mind being tied to her. Apparently you have plenty of other clients.
Have you thought about working in a facility instead? That way you could work continuous hours and don't have to do that split shift to just pick up 4 hours.
I have so many jobs calls me as Hha but I was worry how I was going to quit this one but this why I stay I have to put my school back a little because she didn't understand I get off at 2pm to come to her it's like this lady don't care as long I'm there everything is ok for her
Yes
I work 7 days Monday -Saturday 4hours they are split and Sunday 2hours
The only reason why I go get my nephew is because his mom go to work and don't have time for him and his dad pass away ..
I didn't mind the job but making 260 every week 40 gas phone bill Internet bill that's not enough
Hi Marzh,
Maybe you just needed to let of some steam and frustration??? .....and that is ok we all get that way at times!
I am assuming Hha means Home Health Aid Associate, Yes?
How many days a week do you do this split shift and do you pick up your nephew from school each time?
So here is the thing....and you know what I am about to say:
Jobs are hard to find right now.
Are you financially secure that you can quit this job while you look for another?
If so then do it. Find another agency if you like this kind of work or try something else that allows you a broken up schedule.
The other thing is WHY do you have to pick up your nephew from school? Is there a problem with the parents picking him up or taking the school bus home--depending on age of course. This seems to be the real issue, and an unfair one that you should be responsible for him especially when it is a 25 mile drive.
Fill me in a little more about why this is so....and let's go from there, K?
