a bad diet or underlying health issue is the cause of malodorous vaginal secretions. try adding more citrus and other fruit to your diet. drink a lot of water, too, and if improving your general health doesn't help, it's possible that is just your body's natural scent. experimenting with the PH levels can do a lot of good, though.
