Coffee.............BUT, I finally beat it. I had too. It was causing spikes in my blood pressure which it never did before, but being menopausal a lot changes, so I had NO choice but to give it up. Now I drink 'Bambu.' It is a product from A. Vogel. Made with nuts and grains and tastes just like coffee. Specialmom, you should go to a local healthfood store and see if you can find a coffee substitute. They are becoming more and more popular.
Still working on getting rid of the chips (store bought). I LOVE them, but the salt isn't great especially for menopausal women. When I have time I make them at home and they are just as delicious without all the salt and the additives.
Hm. Not sticking with my budget. I make myself mad when I impulsively buy things. Which I'm prone to do. I have to enter target ONLY with a list or I don't go in. LOL TEMPTATION.
And I have a habit of overindulging in coffee lately. I'd totally given up all caffeine and it snuck back in. My husband makes a pot every morning and I wake up to that smell and it's like "um hm good".
