Twice civil marriage in two different states of India

I want a help if anyone can do who knows about Indian laws. I had secretly married a guy in court because i was not sure about my parents that they will agree for our marriage to conduct . But now i have told them about the person whom i would like to marry(not about the civil marriage) ,my father is apposing against it but seeing my confidence ,he is just ready for civil marriage without any rituals. I can't tell them about my marriage . So i want to ask that can i again marry him in different state in court??? please suggest Urgently

Hm.  I'm not sure.  In the states, you can 'renew' your vows.  It's not like you are marrying a new person but just 'remarrying' the same one.  So, legally, it shouldn't be a huge issue.  But of course, I don't know.

I'm not sure anyone here can help you.  Could you contact an attorney who might answer that question for free or a legal aid office??

i am sure if it is the SAME man there would be no issue as that is the only one you are married to, but if you are going to marry a different man, that would be illegal here.
