Was I drugged?

I went to a rave last night and I only had 2 drinks while I was there(a 4 hour period). I remember most of the night. When I got home I wasn't acting like myself and wouldn't let my boyfriend near me. I've been twitching and shaking all morning, I'm freezing, feeling nauseous, can't focus and I'm dizzy. Does this sound like I was drugged?

Who knows? You could have a bad flu. Stop going to rave's.
Spend time in a dance class that utilizes everything. NOthing wrong with having a cocktail or two, but come on...you know the answer here.

And by the way, no. Not everyone who goes to raves is a drug addict but they are well known for drugs being available.  Let's not sugar coat a rave.  I'd personally avoid them after an experience like this.  good luck

Who knows if she was drugged.  I agree that raves are not wise for young woman if they leave wondering if they were drugged.  Partying is not the answer to fun.  Learn better ways to do that.  People an enjoy music without the atmosphere that a rave offers which has an edge and please do not deny this.  It's dangerous for young woman to be in a situation that they have to question who they are with (that would drug them) and drink to the point that they may have been drugged.  being young does not mean we have to make bad choices.  good luck

Not everyone who goes to raves go because they are a raging drug addict. That is in deed a stero type. People who go to raves like the music dancing and to have fun.. I can tell youve never been to one. Amd as for harvs23 it sounds like you may have been drugged. But it could also be a sucky hang over. If you feel bad enough go into the hospital and see if they can help.. if not just drink lots of water and stay in bed! Probably best to get something to eat as well!

If you went to a Rave and you're having those symptoms today then yes, it sounds like you were drugged. That's the problem with going to Raves. They are notorious for all kinds of drug related activities and it's very dangerous for that reason. If you drank anything while you were there, even if it was just one drink, it was most likely drugged.

Honestly, if I was you, I'd go to the doctor and get tested for whatever, ghb or the date rape drug. They may even give you something to counteract the effects of the drug.

Hopefully this is a lesson learned to stay away from Raves from now on. They're so lame and a waste of time for any sane person that isn't a raging drug addict.

Or possibly have a hang over.  I would avoid places such as where you were last night in which there could even be a suspicion that someone would want to drug you.  Not worth it at all.

You could have just been more drunk than you realize as you never know how much alcohol they put in.  I would consider cutting down on drinking (as two might be too much for you), cut down on WHAT you drink and WHERE you drink.
good luck
