I was offered a job yesterday without filling out an application they also called so i went in foe an interview they liked me want me to work there the catch is its bout the same im making now should i leave or stay i want ro do whats best for my family.i currently work at taco bell got offered a job at 7 eleven

The things you need to consider when making this decision are the following..

1.  Job security...which position seems more secure?
2.  Opportunity for advancement...that's a biggie.
3.  Pay...potential to make more money, as you've been struggling, does one offer more OT hours?  
4.  Hours...you must look at what would be the most compatible with your family situation...including flexibility.
5.  Benefits...what kind of benefits does each job offer?  Cost difference for insurance?

Make a pro and con list and see what you're looking at.  If you're really unsure, you could keep looking.  Good luck with your decision, I'm sure it's tough!

Well ive been at tacobell so long i dont want to move up cuz its cooking for 40cents more i could see myself working hard nd being a manager at 7 eleven where im stuck is should i stay at tacobell nd just keep looking for a better opportunity or take 7 eleven

Well tacobell gives me friday thru sunday off nd 7 eleven does time nd a half im just stuck tacobell i cant get another raise for at least 4 months nd 7 eleven he said i could move up it just depends i forgot to ask how many hrs they would give me
