How do I care for a sick green anole found in my flowerbed?

I found a green anole in my flower bed and he was really sick. Almost dead I think. So I brought him in & put him in an enclosure with a heating pad & misted him with water. I live in north Georgia & it's still pretty cold, so the heat perked him up a little. I put a cricket in his enclosure & he wont eat. Ive also offered small meal worms & hes not interested. It has a couple of small black sores on his body, rarely opens his eyes & kind of scratches at his face sometimes. He is turning green again though, i originally thought he was a brown anole. Anyone have an experience like this?
