Bad Stinky Smell Coming From Nose.. Exhalation Air

I'm 19,male, in college, and work as well. Since around the 8th grade I'd had this bad smell coming from my nose and it took a while for me to realize it. Over the years it got worse and worse. Being anywhere closer than 6 feet is hell. People rub their nose, cough, etc.. when they're near me and it f'ing sucks. I had tonsil stones but they somehow cleared up to the point where I can't see them anymore but I still have the bad breath that follows and on occasion one will jump from the back of my throat. As far as my nose issue, I have extremely bad post nasal drip and my adenoids are hugely inflamed. I rinse my nose with alkalol nasal wash every morning and night but it has no effect or very little. I brush my teeth, floss, use mouthwash but none of that matters. I've removed dairy from my diet completely. The severity of the smell depends partially on the amount of sleep I get. The days I get little sleep the smell is horrid and can be smelt 10 feet away. The days I get a decent amount of sleep help the smell only improves by about 5%. The only thing that has helped me temporarily cure this smell was Benzedrex, you can get it at Walgreens for about $8 in a small white tube, its a nasal decongestant. Overtime it begins not to work but use it while you can... I've gone to the doctor for an endoscopy and he said he didn't see anything wrong besides a deviated septum. The surgery to fix that is stupid expensive and I don't have that type of money. My social life is completely ruined, I have to hold my breath when I'm near people and try to blow the air away in another direction so they don't smell the devilish odor. Being in college just makes my days that much more depressing, I try to sit as far away as I can from people to avoid offending them with my nasal stench. When I get nervous or anxiety hits from someone coming too close, the smell seems to worsen, but when i'm comfortable or don't think about my issue it's a little less stinky. Please help me, I am helpless, I'm an attractive person so when people try to talk to me I have to shun them so they don't think I stink. I haven't had a girlfriend in 2 years and an intimate relationship with a female in a year and a half. Im at the lowest point of my life right now and I hope it doesn't get worse.
