Breathing Issue

Hello , Actually from last 2 weeks i can't take deep breath and i face problem while eating something because that stuck in my throat and i don't know why it happens due to shortness in breathing or there is congestion in my throat or Nose , and also other symptoms are that i'm having sweating in hands and also my hands and feet get cold it feels like i just have take out of refrigerator and i can't breath continuously and feel problem while inhaling and exhaling , can anyone tell me what the problem could be ? Answers to this post will really be appreciated .

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Inadequate oxygenation can produce symptoms of breathlessness, as the body tries in an effort to compensate for the decreased oxygen supply. The breathlessness could be due to cardiac or lung disorders. As you have problems with inhaling and exhaling, your symptoms could be due to asthma.  Have yourself evaluated for the same. This can be detected by a spirometry test. Metabolic disorders like diabetes can cause the cold sensations in hands and feet due to neuropathy. This can be detected by a simple blood test. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.
