CHEST/DIAPHGRAM PRESSURE/TROUBLE BREATHING/ARM WEAKNESS/DIZZINNESS

On July 13 I suddenly felt a deliberating weakness over my body/some dizziness and I then started feeling severe pressure and squeezing from my chest to upper epigastric area. Both arms became extremely weak and heavy. Then I felt at the same time that my upper airway/throat was blocked and restricted so I started gasping for air. It’s been 9 weeks day and night. Emergency life threatening has been ruled out. I am being referred to the ENT, Cardiologist, Gastroenterolgost and Neurologist. My doctor didn’t mention anything about my lungs. I plan on going to a pulmonologist. Any ideas what it could be? I took Omeprazole to see if it was acid reflux since I have suffered from GERD before. Months before I got sick I was starting to have a lot of shortness of breath, trouble breathing everyday, trouble swallong my food at times and some acid reflux. Could it be two things going on at once or all related? Lost 30 pounds in 2 months since hard to swallow food or water. I feel a lot of suffocation from my nose to upper epic gastric area.
