Crackling and bubbling sown along with shortness of breath

Hey I’ve had a nasty cough for about two weeks but it peaked today, I can here this bubbling or crackling sound, kinda like pop rocks coming from my throat. Along with that I have a constant cough and shortness of breath, it’s harder to take deeper breaths or quick breaths. What should I do, should I contact a doctor or try some home cough remedies? Thanks.
Here is a link to a video that I took of me breathing

If your symptoms persist, you should see your doctor. He/she can take more a more detailed clinical history and listen to your lungs with the stethoscope to listen for rales or crackles +/- order lab and/or imaging tests (e.g., CXR or CT chest).
