Do these symptoms correspond to lung cancer, or COPD or anything serious?

I started smoking an year ago and a month ago I quit. I had been an occasional and light smoker, never going beyond 4 cigs a day and usually statying low at 2 cigs a day. I started producing mucus due to which I quit recently a month a go after having smoked an year I started again for a while, like 3-4 days and then re quit (this time permanently) In short I just smoked lightly for an year and that too on light cigrettes. I developed mild withdrawal symptoms like mucus and phlegm. The symtoms which made me anxious are:

- After quitting, I started having pain in my frontal rib area (costal region perhaps), not much hard. It was there when I woke up in the morning. It was not there during breathing, it just appeared when I twisted my self down a bit ( like forcing my torso down towards abdomen while standing erect. Pain was towards right of the central costal cartilage. I searched it and it looks similar to costochondritis.

- Phlegm is always there ever since I started smoking. But since quitting, it is extremely dense and thick and appearered dark (perhaps greenish) in the morning and normal in the day.
My Phlegm is now more darker and I don't know if in the morning, it appears greenish or brownish ( there is a tint in the phlegm for sure but it is really light and I can't tell weather is it greenish or brownish, most likely it is greenish.

The costal pain has increased a bit. Earlier, it was just there in the morning and disappeared during the day, I though it was due to sleeping posture but I have now ruled it out. As I told, the pain has increased a bit and it is now there all day ( only when I push my torso down on my abdomen). It has gone to the point that I can feel it while changing postures while lying down. I don't know what's causing it.

- I have mucus in my lungs I think, I always produce thick phlegm frequently but in very low quantity ( Again it is clear in the day and colored  in the morning). Also now I think I am breathing deeply or I have to. I don't know the feeling for sure.

These all symptoms I think point towards Lung cancer, Even if it is not, there is something wrong inside my lungs. I hope the pain is only muscoskeletal and not in lungs.

- Last thing, while I don't cough or feel the need to, whenever I do, I hear a faint wheeze at the end of the cough.

I would like to mention these points in the last:
- I smoked for just an year, lightly with max 4 cigs a day.
- I AM JUST 20 YEARS OLD.
- I don't have any relative or parent or grandparent who suffered from cancer of any type.
- I don't feel pain during breathing at all.
- Although I am feeling like I have to breath a bit deep ( just sometimes), I can run more than a mile without running out of breath or anything.

Am I being too paranoid? Is it really Lung cancer symtpoms, is something wrong with me? I am really scared.

Thanks
