Extensive Infiltration Tree in Bud Nodules

I recently had a CT scan that showed an extensive infiltration of tree in bud nodules, and I have had a dry, unproductive cough that continually worsens for over six months. Now, the cough is so bad, it's exhaustion I'm battling. I wake up tired, and stay that way throughout the day. I have blood spots that have appeared on my breasts, and I'm getting severe cramps in my body and head. Anybody with the same thing?
