Fever and cough from fibreglass insulation

Hi all,
I have done some work in the attic, moving fibreglass insulation out of the way and foolish enough I wasn’t wearing a mask. Couple of hours later I felt really feverish and now have a slight headache and a really chesty cough. Has anyone else experienced this?
