I really need help with my tonsils

I have been traveling the world to see if I can find a miracle doctor to assist me and my bad breath I have been a victim for 8 month now and it feels like a nightmare but am awake I got some pocket holes in my tonsils and they’re inflated I have been to doctor and they only be prescribing antibiotics nasal spray etc none of them works and am running out of patience and cash I wanna go back to my old days where I don’t have to hold my breath to speak and that still don’t work every body putting there fingers at their nose when I speak and as I see it it’s like I go in a instant anxiety rush I need to stop any recommendations out there that can help me go back to my normal life am DESPERATELY ASKING
