what does pleural-parenchymal scarring of lung apices are present mean

75 year old, was a smoker but stopped around 13 years ago.
chest xray says  pleural-parenchymal scarring of lung apices are present, right greater than left. The lungs are otherwise clear. There is no pleural fusion

Not sure what this means and worried. Can you please help understand if this is something to be a worried

There is fibrotic tissue in the top of the area of the lung that's being used ( not just connective tissue/ stroma)

Thanks for your response, but I am not sure what that means.
Some scarring in your upper lobes.

I wouldnt worry if your not symptomic.
