Lack of sensation of breathing

Hi!

After being at a hospital and given medication I lack the sensation of breathing completely. When I take a breath it stays in the lungs and doesn't enter the body nor the head. I mean the feeling of oxygen passing into your body. Does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

I too have this issue for years now. Do you have the urge to constantly yawn?
