Morning deep breathing problems

Hello all,
I am almost 16 years old and for the last almost 8 months in the mornings i haven't been breathing properly. Am not sure what happened or what am doing that caused it. In the morning I usually wake up and raise my self and take deep breath, but now i get this sudden pain in my chest that stops me directly from the deep breath. I don't smoke but I do get second hand smoking. So anyways, I would have to lay on my back and take small breath before I can do anything. The pain is like my lungs were squished together and so when I take the deep breath in the morning it tries to open up and it hurts.

If you guys got anything to help that would be great. THANKS
