Vocal Cord Dysfunction -- How can I find a trained practitioner in my area

My 13yo son was diagnosed with asthma last year.  We now strongly suspect that VCD is in play as well, either instead of or in addition to the asthma.  We already travel an hour to his pulmonologist, but I can't imagine doing that on a regular basis for speech therapy.  His pulmonologist doesn't know of anyone who works with VCD in this area.  His (local) pediatrician doesn't either.  Are there lists or databases I can search.  There are speech-language pathologists here, of course, but as far as I can tell, none of them has any training in VCD.  I live near Bennington, VT, an hour from Albany (which is too far to travel on a regular basis for speech therapy!)

I would try calling toxicologists and/or allergists. I know a toxicologist who referred me to get the test done in my area.

Good luck.
