blod in mu spit

I have been taking Ketamine,sniffing it,that was only wey to stop crazy pain i hed after car exident!
After 10 days af snoting 300-400 mg og Ketamine i got some blod in my nose spit,now when i spit in the morning  
there is a blod in a mornig spit,brown cose i smoke...I am also cold,so i dont now what is heppening...
I  took a x rey 20 deys before and doctor didi not let me now at there is a enything  wrong there!
Olso,blod came after a night when i was screaming in disscution  with my wife,i was newer that mad and lought,like thet night!

Many nasally inhaled drugs, including Ketamine, can cause irritation/inflammation of the mucous membranes in the nose, throat and sinuses.  That could account for the blood in your “spit”.  Generally when this happens, it is a good idea to give those membranes “a rest” by resorting to another method of drug administration.  

On the other hand, the Ketamine might not be the cause of bleeding.  Something else might be and, for that reason you should arrange to have your nose examined, to rule-out other causes, such as infection, that would require other therapy.  If you have previously seen a doctor for your nose injury and the “crazy pain”, that might be the best person to examine the sites injured in the car accident and treat your pain in another fashion.

Hej David,now i decided to stop with Ketamine,i cen see it makes big mess in my mind,i will rather confront my pain then go in a Ketamine abusse deeper then i allready did!
But,now that i stop,last 24 hours,is not like i have fizikal pain,but psihological i feel real bed...
please let me now what shud i do to help my self come out of this mess...

I cen tell you i talked to my doctor here in Copenhagen,and he  does not have a real answer for me how to stop using Ketamine...
I have used it in 3 month,i think i took half of a gram a dey!
They offer me Methadone,but that is crap,i dont wonna change one adiction
with other,please help,let me now what to do?

David,thanks a lot,i was talking to doctor about all this,my pain,i broke both of my legs on 3 places,and after so much pain i reacted stupid and started
with abuse af Ketamine,to stop pain and get some sleap!
But after i talked to my doktor and seying hole thing to him,i was cheked sistematicly and everthing was o right...
Only thing i cen ask you is what shud i do to awoid Ketamine apstinance?
