coughing up phlem and tingling feeling in upper body

I have been coughing up phlem for a few weeks now and blowing
up yellow snot from my nose.

No other pains or aches only tingling feeling in my upper
body every now and then.

Had a pain in my left testicle about a month ago.

The last couple of days been sweating at night. Had a tight
chest about two days ago but breathing fine now.

Does anyone know what might be wrong.

Sounds like you have a lung infection such as bronchitis or even pneumonia.  With this having lasted for "a few weeks", you definitely need a chest x-ray, especially since you have had night sweats.

It could be anything from a viral and/or bacterial infection to (with respect to the "tingling" at least) some form of neuropathy. If this has persisted for more than a week (particularly the yellow sputum and nasal discharge) you should see a doctor to assess whether or not you need antibiotics or some other form of treatment. Make sure you mention all of your symptoms (including the testicular pain, regardless of whether it's related to the others) if and when you do.
