hypereosinophilic syndrome?

I am a 21 year old female.I had mild asthma growing up,but 2 years ago my asthma became unbarable.I went from doctor to doctor with no help, just worsening breating problems.I have spent months in the hospital at a time and have never returned home feeling well.Last Christmas they noticed my high blood pressure at times reaching 240/140 wich landed me in the ICU.Its hard to control blood pressure with 6 different meds only stable at 150/110.Finally a month ago I saw specitalist at a reaserch clinic.I spent 2 weeks in the hospital on high doses of prendisone. They at first thoughtI was resistant to it.I have never been over 2.4 FEV that was my best when leaveing the hospital.I left on 125mg IV prendsone twice a day.I felt good. The doctor said when doing the"in box"pulmanary function test it showed I have severe asthama. My sputum inflimation was an 8.3 on oral prendisone 120mg.They said I have Corticosteroid-dependant Asthma with eospinophilic bronchitis. He also said I could have Hypereosinophilic Sydrome(but would been to do a biopsy).Basically he has given me no hope to get off all this medication he wants to try Anti-Il-5 antibody. An experimental drug.I know nothing about it and nothing about what I have.He tried me on 120mg oral on tues but by friday my FEV was .9 23% predicted.I weeze all the time and Im up at night Im currently on 125mg TID and 120 oral is there any hope? please help me! I have moon face, a rash, blurred vision, bruised skin and have gained 50 pounds. I cant be on it any longer. He also mentioned lung transplant?

You should seek a second opinion to be sure of your problem and to find the best treatment for you.  This kind of evaluation is typically offered at major academic medical centers such as Johns Hopkins, The Cleveland Clinic or National Jewish Medical and Research Center.  This should be done before agreeing to any more experimental medicine or lung transplant surgery.
