You may sleep better if you have a few pillows so that you sleep in a propped up position rather than lying flat on your back.
It would still be a good idea to see your doctor to see if your medications need to either be changed or the dosage altered.
Do not eat or drink before going to bed as this can start to reflux up again.
You may benefit from doing steam inhalations to shift or loosen up the mucus.
Your doctor can listen to your chest and check your ears and throat to see if there is any congestion and whether you need an antibiotic.
