what do these lung test results mean

I had a lung test done by a personal trainer in my gym as I found myself really hard to breath when I get pushed hard....around the 168 to 175 bpm mark...and to be honest I always have done since I can remember. I just always thought nothing of it.  The results show my FVC to be not great....averate is 5 litres of air I think I am in 3 litres something.  I entered my results into a calculator I found and you can see them in the photo ive uploaded.  I just want to know what these figures mean...I have a doctors appointment in a week but feel kind of anxious now so want to do my own research too.

Please let the doctor perform the spirometry to you first before you can worry. You need a pulmonologist to perform this test reliably and correctly...
