Does Enbrel cause anxiety?
Just started taking Enbrel self injection, haven't had RA meds since August. Feeling lighted a bit and very anxious. Is this normal and will it fade as time goes on?
This side effect may taper off as your body is adjusting to the medication, which may take a few weeks.
If it persists, consider reporting this to your prescribing doctor.
I have no personal experience with Enbrel, however, the fact that it is an immuno-suppressing drug, does concern me greatly.
With lowered immunity, the body becomes more vulnerable to viral and bacterial infections.
