Does anyone have Palindromic Rheumatism?

I have an appt next week with my rheumy to sort out my symptoms
and to see if this is where my symptoms fit.My pain comes and goes
the pain can come on suddenly and it is an intense pain.Especially
in my feet and ankles.I thought my left foot was broken,I had turned
my ankle last summer and it was pretty painful so i had  an xray.
Nothing showed up.For several months it would flare, again I thought
for sure it was broke.I had an mri done last week.Nothing showed up.
I have had trouble chewing, jaw gets tired as well as swallowing having
a hard time.I have pain in both shoulders and thighs, which seemed
more like polymyalgia rheumatica symptoms.I'm just not sure if this
sounds like palindromic rheumatism which I know is very close to being
Rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks to anyone who can share their thoughts
on palindromic rheumatism

Honestly I would have to google it.  I am Seronegative RA...or maybe even soriatic...who knows.  Let me know how it goes for you and what your Rheumy thinks.
