Worried about touching and superficial wound

Hi Doctor Thanks for your time. English is no my native language, so sorry for any language mistake. my native language is spanish

four months ago I touch a woman, while she was taking a shower, I use my right hand to put some shampoo over her body, I touched her ****, bottom, belly and lower belly. I'm 99 % sure i didn't touch any part of her vagina, if i Touch her vagina it was just de upper side but just 1 or 2 second, but I don't  think so. the problems was that after touching her, I realised I have two small superficial wound in the front face (opposite to nail side) in my forefinger. the day before in the morning while i was cooking I scraped my finger with a Knife, it was not blood or pain, It just affect my   superficial skin in small areas. I dint have any pain in that area, that was the reason I didn't notice my wound, While I was touching her

Because the wrong information in internet, I was so concern about HIV, I consulted an expert and read a reliable sites, and they say there was not risk for HIV in my case. even though for my peace of mind I took 2 test, the first after 6 weeks, and the second after 13 weeks (3 months), Both Blood test (ELFA), and they were not reactive.

My questions are:
1. Should I be worried more about HIV.
2. Should I get Test for any more STDs because this incident.

Doctor.
Just to finalise, Because i read some information on internet and this forum. I have some more questions:

Does the risk could change if i had touched vaginal fluids, in the situation I described before.

How deep and fresh should be a cut to represent some risk

And also, The test I did, were ELFA (I think is 3th generation (Im not sure), in a Colombian laboratory), 3 montsh is enough time to have a conclusive result, are these results reliable?.

Im gonna see my Girlfriend soon, I dont want to do any harm to her

Thanks for you time.

Hello,
The simple answers to both questions is NO.  No risk of HIV or any other STD, and therefore no need to get tested.
Best wishes,
Dr José
