White tongue after oral sex (still after 10 months) Clamydia?

Hi! I got white tongue and sore throat after an oral sex encounter with a new girl, we used condom so I only got symptoms on my mouth. The point is that I went to some Doctors and they checked to Candidiasis but it was negative. Also negative to HIV or syphilis.

The Doctors didn´t give any importance to my problem but I still thinking after 10 months what it could be, because I am pretty sure it happens after my encounter. Currently I am thinking about if the situation of my tongue could be related to chlamydia or Gonorrhea. When mornings I wake up with my tongue totally white and it goes better during the day after eat or brush my teeths. I also got fever three days after my encounter, the fever obvious dissapear during all this time but still having the white tongue and the sore throat.

This are two photos about my tongue: http://oi66.tinypic.com/9pmfcy.jpg

Could be oral thrush.
Most likely is due to poor hygiene

Oral sex is not a common cause of infection with this bacteria. Chlamydia is less likely to be transmitted during oral sex because the bacteria that cause chlamydia prefer to target the genital area rather than the throat.

Thanks for your words, and after seeing the photos of my tongue  and reading the story, what do you think it could be?
