20 seconds of unprotected fellatio with escort - should I worry?

Hello and thanks for taking the time to answer me.  I know this question has been asked thousands of times but each case is different I guess and I am very scared. I am a married man. Yesterday I contacted a prostitute in Europe who performs fellatio at home for 50 euros (quite a low price - I indicate it because it may be a risk factor). She immediately proceeded to giving a fellatio without protection, which really surprised me. After about 15-20 seconds I asked her to put a condom (I don't know why I let her begin without actually). She finished the blowjob with a condom.  She is obviously used to perform unprotected oral sex on her clients for a low price... Should I worry about std/sti risks from this short exposure? About an hour after the encounter I cleaned my penis with a medical cleansing towelette - does this decrease the risk?

There is definitely a risk of stds.
If u experience any symptoms, go get tested soon.
If not, and u r worried, u can get tested for common stds at one month post exposure.

Just wanted to add that about 1 hour after the encounter I washed my penis with a medical cleansing towelette - could it be a mitigating factor?
