A Highly Concerned College Student

Hello, I am very concerned with some of the symptoms that i have been having for the past week.

First off let me describe the incident that seemed to kick off these symptoms:
About 9 days ago, Me and a friend hooked up with 2 girls and switch girls in the middle of unprotected sex.

Symptoms:
2 days afterwards I woke up feeling terrible.
Headache, Sore throat, stopped up nose, burning through whole shaft of penis when i urinate and i also had what seemed to be a sore on my almost the inside of my lip.

About 5 days afterwards i felt 2x as worse.
Hot/cold flashes, weak, headaches, severe sore throat, and still burning when i urinate and the spot on my lip had gotten bigger and in 2 spots now.
At this point i went to the Dr. and got a shot for Gonohrrea and 2 pills of azithromycin for chlamydia.

Now about 9 days afterwards i am feeling a little better.
Minor sore throat, only burns in tip of penis when i urinate and sores have gotten smaller but are still very present.

These are my symptoms and I hope someone can give me answers or insight on what it could possibly be because i have done some research online and it seems like some of my symptoms are major curve balls. Also, azithromycin is a very strong antibiotic and in turn would sure most infections so i am very worried that this may be something much worse.

The only STD symptom concern would be the burning while urinating. Instead of just treating I would have tested to see if you had anything.

If still feeling unwell see a Dr.
