unprotected oral

In early October I had oral sex performed on me by a male friend. I started to get signs of an std ,burning when urinating, drip of a yellow substance.Freaking out I took 2 -500mg cipro's, around 6 hours later i took 2 more. Feeling ,ike a idiot for my indescretions I went to my doctor. I told him my symptoms and what I took. He checked me out I gave urine and he presscribed doxy for 7 days and 1- 400mg pill can't remember name. Approx 36 hrs later i brief unprotected sex with my wife and its been tourture since. 1 what are the odds I passed it on to her after the medication I took? 2. would cipro get rid of Gonorrhea ? Its been 100 days since encounter and  now when we have sex I burn just inside of tip instantly ,is this from anxiety? Thanks for your help

Well that medication could skew the test.

1. Odds are low that you had anything and higher then low but still in the low range that if you had a STD that it was passed.
2. Cipro might, not the prescribed medication, but it might.

At this point you probably do not have gonorrhea, but it would be wise to go for a follow up test.

Might also be wise to have your wife test also. This is a reason why we never recommend self medication. If you did have a STD when you tested you would have known for sure and then you could have avoided sex with the wife until you had taken the proper medication.

the odds that you contracted gonorrhea from oral sex are very low.

have you been back for any further urine testing since you finished your antibiotics?
