Advise needed please

Hi all,
I really need some advise from someone who is knowledgable in this sort of stuff.
Basically if anyone else saw my previous post like most guys did something stupid and strayed out of the relationship.
I received oral from another woman, next night I had sex with my gf,I had what it seemed to be friction burn,my skin peeled and after it healed felt like I had a burning/tingling sensation,no discharge or pain when urinating.
It's been over 3 weeks now and still no discharge or pain while urinating.
Now it seems my foreskin is very dry and wrinkled with some build up of smegma.
Still I have a slight burning sensation.
My questions are:
1.if this was an std would I have had discharge or pain by now?
2.does an std always have discharge and or pain?
3.ive had this for 3 weeks now, does balanitis or thrush last that long?
Any ideas?
Thanks all

hsv1 is quite common but not hsv2 but if you already have hsv1 oral which most people do, you cant get it genital. Once in one area are basicly immune to getting it in another.

Thanks Dave, you and the other guys do a great job putting people's minds at ease with valuable information.
If my results and I hope they do come back negavtive, the only thing I can think of is balanitis as all I have is dry foreskin,a small build up of smegma under the foreskin and a slight burning/tingling feeling.
No other symptoms, what I've read on here and the Nhs website my symptoms don't really match with an std, though I could be wrong?

Hi recieving oral is very low risk for any std and if you did not have any white puss discharge or burning while urinating you can pretty much rule out gono. the bigger risk would be herpes since many people have oral herpes and it can be transmitted from oral sex and it does shed, meaning the virus is on the surface without any visible sores. Test for this for her protection.

Thanks again for answering so quickly Dave.
In your experience dealing with lots of questions like this.
there were no mouth sores that she had,and I've had no rashes or anything on my penis or anywhere else.
Some of this may be anxiety driven but can't be sure.
I do have a sense of tingling/burning but that's under my foreskin.
It does feel a lot better after a shower and near enough goes completely.
Just eases its way back.
Does any std cause dry foreskin?ive had it crack in the past which was painful but doesn't feel like that this time.
I have had tests just waiting for the results.
Thanks again Dave your time is appreciated.
