Am I stressing for no reason.. Urgent

I've researched all over the internet and I don't know what to think. But my issue is, about a month ago I recognized after I had protected sex little red spots appeared around my penis head but they soon disappeared but after every time I ejaculate they come back and then go away. Then at times when I would go urinate I'd feel a mild burning I guess you could say and under the head of my penis where it folds and meets the shaft it feels swollen and red. Then the head appears to chaff at times. And just today a red single bump, not oozing or chaffing just swollen like, has risen at the hole of my penis. I would like to know what you think it could be before I go to the doctor later this week.

Might be an irritation from a latex condom. There's a number of things this could be caused by and herpes can't be ruled out. Unfortunately, the only way to be sure is to see a DR and get tested.

The time before that was unprotected and with a different person .. We've done unprotected before but I think she's not telling me something, it started after I wore a condom protected though

the first bumps you describe don't sound linked to an sti such as herpes since the bumps wouldn't disappear for a few weeks at least
you also say that the sex was protected which does eliminate a massive amount of risk.
as for this new bump, I guess it could be anything. When you get seen by a DR, they will either put your mind at ease or take a swab test.

Important advice would be to not let yourself become swallowed up by the prospect of infection. Don't spend too much time analysing yourself because it just increases stress levels.
