Any clue on red dots on penis head after masturbation?

I have had unprotected sex with multiple partners and usually get checked every 2 months but this year I havent had sex since March and then multiple women in Janurary before that. I have yet to be tested at this point as ive been busy with studies and work. Just recently a problem has arised. I used to masturbate once a week at most now that I havent been having intercourse I have increased masturbation to maybe once every 2 days sometimes once a day.

I have noticed red dots on the head of my penis a few times after masturbation. Normally they dont hurt and are flat. Tonight there is a slight pain on my head when i put pressure on it however the pain is not exactly where the dots are so I feel they may be unrelated. But since this has been reoccuring I was curious as if it was some form of friction rash from masturbation as i usually dry masturbate or if this could be symptons for something greater. I wont be able to book a doctor appointment for at least 2 weeks so just wanted some input before I proceed.the dots only appear on the top face of the knob and not any other face of the the knob

It could be irritation. Do the red dots go away? How long do they last?

Do you feel the pain when you aren't putting pressure on it?

Listen, be kind to your penis. Get some lube, or use some lotion.

If you thought you had strep throat or the flu, would you make time to see the doctor?

Irritation normally gone the next day, no pain otherwise, depends on my symptoms really. So since ive made this post they have clesred but its a regular occurance and the dots look as tho a layer lf skin has peeled off if that makes senss. Thanks for your response
Peeling skin can indicate a fungal infection, like yeast or jock itch.

Why not make some time and get it checked by a doctor since it's recurring?
If they have totally cleared - like no sign of it at all - it's not likely a fungal infection. The next time it happens, get into a doctor so they can check it out. Let us know what happens.
