Any further testing after week 12 following unprotected sex?

I'm male, age 38.

I had an unprotected round of vaginal and oral sex 13 weeks ago with a woman of unknown status.

I took 2 10 Test panels....one at week 6 and another at week 12.

I've had no symptoms at all.

Tests included were:

1. HIV1/2 4th Generation-Non reactive
2. HSV1/2 IgG..both <.90 Negative.
3. Syphillis RpR - Non Reactive
4. Clam/Gon - Naat. Not detected.
5. Hep A,B,C - all negative.

I think I can be confident in results at this point, but direct questions are:

1. Is any more testing warranted, or are all tests conclusive.
2. One thing I've read that is really the most concerning is that most informative sites say HSV testing should take place at "12-16 Weeks past possible exposure".  I did my test on the front end of that window....should I retest or trust my 12 week result?

Given that you've had no symptoms, you can trust your 12 week herpes results. All your tests are conclusive.
